A man has been killed and four others injured after a crash in Rockingham on Wednesday night.
It is believed a Mitsubishi van collided with a Club Sport sedan at the intersection of Ennis Avenue and Dixon Road.
The van rolled, before the 35-year-old driver was thrown from his vehicle.
He died at the scene.
The 20-year-old passenger of the van and the three occupants in the other car, including a six-year-old girl, received minor injuries.
Major Crash Investigators would like to speak with anyone who either vehicle in the Rockingham area - in particular the occupants of a large truck and white Toyota sedan, stationary at the intersection at the time.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or report online at crimestopperswa.com.au.
