Hail has lashed local suburbs as residents weathered a cold front on Wednesday night.
Residents in Baldivis, Safety Bay and Cooloongup, as well as parts of Perth have reported being hit, with photos and videos of the pea-sized balls of ice uploaded to social media.
The south-west region also received between 10mm and 25mm of rain overnight.
