Mandurah Detectives have charged a man following an alleged assault in Mandurah on Tuesday, 4 September 2018.
About 11:30am the drivers of two vehicles became involved in a verbal altercation on Mandurah Terrace, during which time it is alleged that one of the drivers assaulted the other resulting in the victim falling to the ground and hitting his head.
A man aged in his 30’s was treated at the scene by St John Ambulance before being conveyed to Peel health Campus.
The other man left the scene but was arrested a short time later.
A 30 year old Halls Head man has been charged with:
- Assault Occasioning Bodily Harm
- No Authority to Drive – Suspended
- Possessed Any Drug Paraphernalia in or On Which There Was A Prohibited Drug Or Plant
- Possess A Prohibited Drug (Cannabis)
- Give False Personal Details To Police
He will appear in the Perth Magistrates Court today, 5 September 2018.
