The remains of a man believed to be alleged murder victim Tony Ditri have been found on a property in Pemberton.
Mr Ditri was allegedly murdered by farmer John Della Franca, 64, on August 27.
Police and the local community have spent three weeks searching for the father-of-three's body.
On Wednesday, a member of the public found the human remains, believed to be Mr Ditri's on a property in Pemberton.
Mr Della Franca has been charged with the murder of Mr Ditri.
He is due to appear in the Stirling Gardens Magistrates Court on September 29.
