Police are currently searching for a missing 62-year-old woman believed to be near The Gap in Albany.
Carmel Moran was last seen at her Mira Mar home around 8am on Friday.
Police believe she may be in the Torndirrup National Park around the area of The Gap.
Albany Police and SES volunteers are conducting a land search, while a sea rescue vessel is out on the water.
An aerial search is expected to start later this morning.
Carmel is described as fair skinned with a medium build, approximately 170cms tall, blue eyes and short brown hair.
She speaks with a distinctive Yorkshire accent.
Concerns are held for her Carmel’s welfare and anyone who sees her is asked to call police immediately on 131 444.
