A vehicle stop and house search have led to extensive charges for two Maddington residents.
Police have made two significant arrests after a vehicle stop in Maddington yesterday.
Around 11am, Gosnells police stopped a black Holden Calais on Kingsdown Road and searched the vehicle.
It will be alleged they located approximately two grams of methylamphetamine.
After the vehicle stop, further inquiries led officers to conduct a search of a house on Kingsdown Road.
Here, it will be further alleged they located items consistent with the sale and supply of drugs, including a quantity of methylamphetamine, MDMA, cannabis, and prescription medications.
Weapons including three homemade firearms, ammunition and replica firearms were also located at the property.
A 37-year-old man from Maddington will face Armadale Magistrates Court on Friday 8 March on 18 charges.
A 29-year-old woman from Maddington will appear in Armadale Magistrates Court on Friday 1 March on three charges.
