The 2025 Telethon Home in Madora Bay is officially on the market for offers over $1,150,000.
Built by Home Group and situated in the Seaside Estate, the four-bedroom, two-bathroom property sits on a 560m² block just metres away from the beach.
It is the third time the Telethon Home has been built in Madora Bay thanks to a partnership between Home Group and Satterley.

"Designed with style and functionality in mind, this home will offer spacious open plan living and dining that seamlessly connects to the alfresco," the description on the Telethon website read.
"Whether it’s a relaxed weekend barbecue with family or a gathering with friends, this home has been designed to bring people together.
"This versatile space will make hosting a breeze, allowing for a seamless indoor-outdoor lifestyle. The master suite will be a true retreat, offering a luxurious ensuite, and an expansive walk-in wardrobe.
"The remaining spaces of the home have been thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and privacy, making it perfect for growing families or those who love to host guests."

The home, on 19 Manresa Road, is open for inspections on Wednesdays from 2-5pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 1-5pm until October 12.
All proceeds from the sale of the home will be donated to Telethon.
