A 62-year-old man has been charged after allegedly committing a string of indecent acts in cafés across Perth.
Earlier this week, police asked for the public's help to identify a man wanted over two indecent acts at cafés in Nedlands and Mount Hawthorn.
Police allege in both incidents the man attracted the attention of a woman before committing a lewd act.
The 62-year-old was arrested at a house in Cranbrook on Friday and was taken to Mount Barker Police Station for questioning.
He was charged with two counts of indecently dealing with a child over 13 and under 16 and six counts of committing an indecent act.
The alleged incidents occurred between September 27 and October 18 at cafés in Mount Hawthorn, Victoria Park, Subiaco, Rockingham and Nedlands.
The man was refused bail and is due to appear in the Albany Magistrates Court today.
