A 35-year-old man has been charged over an alleged incident at Rockingham Shopping Centre that plunged it into lockdown at the weekend.
The man was allegedly behaving erratically around 4.40pm on Saturday, January 3, throwing several items at security guards.
Footage has also emerged of the man allegedly jumping onto the counter of a bubble tea store armed with portafilters from a coffee machine.
Another video shows a member of the public pulling the man off the counter by his foot and detaining him with the help of security before police arrived.
There were no reports of any injuries.
The Perth man has been charged with being armed in a way that may cause fear, criminal damage or destruction of property, failing to comply with a request to give personal details to police and disorderly behaviour in a public place.
He has been remanded in custody to appear before the Rockingham Magistrates Court on January 12.
