Police have charged a 45-year-old driver after a man died during a crash in Mundaring.
Major Crash Investigators said the 45-year-old Mundaring man was have charged a 45-year-old man driving a Toyota Hilux towing a box trailer, in a south-easterly direction along Phillips Road just before 11am on Sunday, November 4.
It's further alleged when the man commenced a right hand turn into Coppin Road, he drove into the path of an oncoming black Yamaha motorcycle.
The 55-year-old male rider of the motorcycle, from Bayswater, received critical injuries and died a short time later in hospital.
The 45-year-old man from Mundaring has been charged with Dangerous Driving Occasioning Death.
He is due to appear before the Midland Magistrates Court on Friday, 7 December 2018.
