As a result of ongoing inquiries, Homicide Squad and South West Police have charged a 31 year old man of Geographe over the death of Samuel Riley at an address in Carter Street in West Busselton.
The man has been charged with one count of Murder and will appear before the Perth Magistrates Court on 6 December 2018.
Samuel was discovered deceased in his home on 30 October 2018.
As part of the investigation, police are also trying to locate the owner of a FISKARS brand X7 mode axe that was located near the property.
