A man has been charged with the murder of a woman in Perth's north.
Police were called to a block of units on Danehill Way in Balga around 9am on Sunday and found the woman with life-threatening injuries.
St John Ambulance paramedics were unable to revive her and she died at the scene.
A 44-year-old man from Balga, who is known to the woman, has been charged with murder.
He was refused bail and is due to appear in the Perth Magistrates Court today.
