A man in his 40s has died in a tragic crash at Perth Motorplex in Kwinana Beach.
It is understood a car crashed into a wall just after 10am on Sunday at the popular race track.
The man, who was a passenger in the vehicle, suffered critical injuries and was rushed to Fiona Stanley Hospital by ambulance where he later died.
The driver, a man in his 60s, survived the crash and was conveyed to Royal Perth Hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
Major Crash are now investigating.
