A man has been fined $1800 for a number of driving offences.
Troy Scholz was found to have driven a vehicle on July 25, 2017 while having 29 fine suspensions.
The registration plates displayed were not issued for the vehicle and also found to be made of cardboard.
He appeared in Mandurah Magistrate's Court on Tuesday where he was fined $1800 and handed a 9 month license disqualification.
