Police are now questioning a man in his 30s following the incident at Waikiki Shopping Village.
Rockingham Detectives have brought a man in his 30s into custody as they continue to investigate an incident in Waikiki.
Around 5pm on Sunday October 28 officers were called to the Waikiki Shopping Village after receiving several reports of a man pointing a fake firearm at shoppers outside the complex.

The man is currently assisting authorities with their inquiries into the incident.
