Police are seeking the public's assistance after a bag snatch in Mandurah.
Police said at around 9.50am on Monday October 28 there was a stealing offence in Smart Street Mall.
The male is described as being approximately 165cm tall, slim build and short dark hair.
He was seen entering a white Toyota 4WD bearing interstate plates before leaving the scene wearing black Nike sneakers, dark pants and a grey and navy hoodie.
