He is currently in custody and is assisting police with their inquiries.

A 45-year-old man is wanted for questioning over a gas incident in Burswood.
Emergency services were called to an address on Claude Street around 5pm on Monday.
Paramedics treated four people at the scene after a smell of gas in the area was reported.
Two other people were taken to hospital as a precaution.
Police are now looking for Shayne Andrew Taylor who was last seen near Claude Street.
He is described as about 165cm tall, with a medium build, brown eyes and greying hair.
Mr Taylor was last seen wearing ¾ length dark pants, dark coloured Nike runners and possibly wearing a white top.
Any members of the public who see Mr Taylor should not approach him, but call police immediately on 131 444.
