A popular four-wheel-driving beach near Mandurah has been closed until further notice.
According to the City of Mandurah, conditions at White Hills Beach in Bouvard are too dangerous for vehicles.
"The 4WD track at the bottom of the dune is not usable & the beach itself is unsafe," a City of Mandurah spokesperson said.
"These beach conditions have occurred in previous years, however, this time it's closer to the entrance track."
Signage has been put up at White Hill Road advising of the closure.
The City will continue to assess the site and has urged beach goers to avoid the area.
