
Mandurah has copped an absolute drenching with 50mm of rain falling over the past two days.
Flash flooding was reported across the Peel region on Tuesday with car parks and roads underwater.
The wet weather is forecast to stick around on Wednesday before conditions start to ease by Thursday.
A tornado was also captured on video near Frankland River, about 300km south-east of Mandurah, with reports it flipped a ute and uprooted trees.
Golf ball size hail also hit the Wheatbelt town of Wagin, with residents reporting damaged roofs and vehicles.
