The Mandurah Forum's indoor food court is set to close to make way for a new international retailer.
A Vicinity Centres spokesperson confirmed works are underway on the redevelopment which will ensure the centre "continues to meet the needs of the community".
“The existing indoor food court will be redeveloped to make way for a new international retailer. A new communal seating area will also be created elsewhere in the centre," the Vicinity Centres spokesperson said.
The new seating zone near Wooloworths is set to open on April 20, while the yet-to-be-revealed new retailer will open their doors on October 2026.
“Mandurah Forum will continue to offer a range of places to eat, meet and relax, including alfresco dining, cafés and casual food options across the centre," the spokesperson said.
“The centre will remain open and trading throughout the works."
The alfresco dining area is also undergoing a transformation to create a more functional, family-friendly space.
The current water feature is being removed to make way for more seating and a kids zone.
Works are expected to be complete in June 2026.
