Around 12.40am, a male in his 30’s was in his vehicle driven by a man known to him. The vehicle was driven to a carpark at the intersection of Old Coast Road and Mary Street in Halls Head where the two exited the vehicle. It will be alleged, a physical altercation occurred between the two resulting in the victim falling and striking his head on the ground. The male dragged the victim towards the vehicle and repeatedly attempted to place the victim into the boot of the vehicle, dropping him several times onto the carpark surface.

Around 1.20am, a woman in her 60’s approached a man who had been driving a vehicle on Doonda Street, Mandurah. The man began yelling at the victim and a female neighbour, also in her 60’s, approached the two of them.
