A woman has lost everything in a house fire in Mandurah.
Firefighters were called to her Forrest Street home at 2.11am on Thursday, July 24 to find the property engulfed in flames.
Crews managed to extinguish the blaze by 5.15am.
It is understood the woman managed to escape with just the clothes she was wearing.
The caused has been deemed non-suspicious.
