Mandurah's iconic King Carnival will officially close its doors this weekend.
The carnival, which has been operating for 75 years, will be holding its final event on Sunday, February 2.
It will include five hours of unlimited rides and mini golf between 12pm and 5pm for $35 per person.
There will also be farm animals, a live DJ, prizes and giveaways and a sausage sizzle with all proceeds going to the Falcon Lions Club.
The closure comes after Council voted in favour of granting a 20-year lease to Left Coast Leisure Group Pty Ltd (LCLG).
The 8000sqm site will include a 650-seat microbrewery, an 18-hole mini-golf course, a cafe and a chocolate factory.
In their proposal, LCLG, who are the owners of Shelter Brewing Co in Busselton, said their development will be a "family-friendly, inclusive and accessible entertainment precinct for locals and visitors, activated from day to night, seven days per week".

The development is still in its early stages and a decision on whether it goes ahead will be up to the WA Planning Commission.
"The City of Mandurah will now move forward with seeking a land excision from the State Government to create a leasehold site within the existing reserve for the commercial development, a process which requires Parliamentary approval," the Mandurah Matters website read.
"The State Government and Minister would also need to approve lease arrangements.
"When these steps are approved, there would then be a Development Application for the commercial development which would be considered by the WA Planning Commission."
Concerned locals have since created a Facebook page called Friends of Hall Park which now has over 1400 members.
They will be holding a rally on Sunday, February 16 in opposition of the proposal.
