An 84-year-old woman who had been missing for four days in bushland in WA's south has been found alive.
Patricia Byrne was last seen at 11.30am on Thursday in bushland near Mt Trio and Salt River Road near Mount Barker.
She was not carrying food or water and did not have a mobile phone.
On Sunday, police confirmed they found Ms Byrne alive, but her medical condition is still being assessed.
"She appears to be weakened from the incident, however she has been communicating with her rescuers," a WA Police spokesperson said.
St John Ambulance are on scene and are taking her to Albany Health Campus for medical treatment.
