A missing motorcyclist has been found after a frantic 10-hour search in bushland in Jarrahdale overnight.
The 34-year-old had gone to the area near the corner of Millars Log Road, Frollett Road and Balmoral Road with a friend around 11am on Tuesday.
The two riders became separated and the man messaged a family member around 2.30pm advising them he had become lost.
He then sent another message soon after to say his motorcycle had ran out of fuel.
Police attended the area and spoke to the man's friend who he had been riding with.
He confirmed they had not seen each other since 3pm.
"A search was commenced, focusing on the area around Blue Rock Road, which is where the missing man believed he may have been close to," a WA Police spokesperson said.
"The search involved several police units including local police, the Regional Operations Group and Police Air Wing."
About 1.20am on Wednesday, police found the missing man in an area of forest.
He was not injured and was returned to where his vehicle was parked.
