Police are investigating the alleged assault of a child during a Wiggles concert at RAC Arena last month.
The child, aged between five and seven, was allegedly grabbed by the throat and verbally abused by a man known to them around 1pm on Saturday, November 18.
The incident is believed to have happened in section 003 in front of row P.
