Police are investigating a house fire in Safety Bay.
Firefighters were called out to the property on Wavelea Street around 5.10am on Tuesday.
It took them 20 minutes to extinguish the small fire which was contained to a bathroom.
Two occupants of the home are now assisting police with their inquiries.
The damage bill has been estimated at $20,000.
