Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are investigating an incident that occurred in Port Kennedy last night, Monday 20 September 2021.
Around 5:42pm, a Kawasaki motorcycle travelling southbound on Warnbro Sound Avenue and a Nissan Patrol travelling northbound on Warnbro Sound Avenue, were involved in a collision near Blackburn Drive.
The 18-year-old male rider of the motorcycle received serious injuries and was taken to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment.
The driver of the Nissan Patrol, a woman in her 50s, was uninjured and is assisting police with inquiries.
