Major Crash Detectives are investigating a fatal crash that occurred around 12.50pm yesterday.
A truck collided with a Mitsubishi Magna sedan at the intersection of Armadale Road and Tonkin Highway in Forrestdale.
A woman in her 50s, the sole occupant of the Mitsubishi, died at the scene.
The driver of the truck was not injured and is assisting police with their inquiries.
