Rockingham Police hold welfare concerns for a missing 64-year-old man.
Anthony Francis Weston was last seen leaving the emergency department at Rockingham General Hospital around 7.30pm on Thursday, June 11.
He is described as 180cm tall, of medium build, with blue eyes, balding grey hair and a beard.
Mr Weston was wearing a yellow shirt, a long thick brown jacket and blue jeans at the time of his disappearance.
It is the second time in two weeks that Mr Weston has been reported missing.
Police say he is known to travel long distances when absconding.
Anyone who sees Anthony is asked to call police immediately on 131444 and quote CAD number 435669.
