Police are urgently seeking the whereabouts of a 17-year-old boy and his five-week-old baby.
Dwayne Woods was last seen walking in the Mandurah area, near Terry Crescent and Wyeree Road around midday on Thursday, August 10.
Police have concerns for the welfare of Dwayne and his child.
Anyone with information regarding Dwayne's whereabouts should call police immediately on 131 444.
