Major Crash Investigators are seeking information regarding a fatal crash in Baldivis yesterday morning.
Around 5.30am on Wednesday a white Toyota Yaris and a green Holden Cruze collided head on whilst travelling on Mandurah Road near Safety Bay Road.
The 48-year-old male driver of the Toyota Yaris sustained critical injuries and died at the scene.
The driver of the Holden Cruze, a 29-year-old man, was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Police are urging anyone who witnessed the crash or has dash cam footage relating to this incident to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
