Major Crash Investigators are investigating a fatal crash that occurred in Burekup yesterday morning, Tuesday 06 November 2018.
Around 8.35am a green 2003 Toyota Camry sedan was travelling southbound on South Western Highway and at the same time a cyclist travelling along Russell Road have collided at the intersection of Russell Road and South Western Highway.
The cyclist, a man in his 60’s, died at the scene.
The man had been riding in a group with a number of other cyclists.
Anyone with information regarding the crash, or who saw either the Toyota Camry or the riding group travelling along Russell Road prior to the crash, is asked to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or report the information via the Crime Stoppers WA website www.crimestoppers.wa.au
