Major Crash Investigators are investigating a serious traffic crash that occurred in South Yunderup on Wednesday 20 March 2019.
Around 6.55am a white Ford Falcon utility was travelling in an easterly direction on Murray River Road. Just prior to Tatham Road the vehicle has struck a pedestrian walking on the road in the same direction.
The pedestrian, a 70-year-old man, sustained a significant leg injury and was conveyed to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment.
