A 17-year-old boy has been charged over the alleged sexual assault of a girl near the Rockingham Train Station.
The 14-year-old victim was allegedly attacked near the underpass leading to the station around 2.15pm on Tuesday.
She was taken by ambulance to Rockingham Hospital for treatment.
Just after 3pm, the boy was arrested by police with the help of Police Dog Digga on Council Avenue after a foot chase.
It's alleged the same teenager was also responsible for the attempted sexual assault of a 63-year-old woman as she walked through an underpass on Read Street in Rockingham on March 27.
The 17-year-old from Port Kennedy has been charged with two counts of sexual penetration without consent, one count of attempted aggravated sexual penetration without consent and one count of aggravated robbery.
