The incident happened near the corner of Yagan Street and Munday Avenue in the Pinjarra industrial area.
The RAC Rescue helicopter attended and is believed to be en route to Royal Perth Hospital.
The incident was first reported at 1.26pm on Monday 6th May, 2019.
