UPDATE: The rescue helicopter has taken a woman to Royal Perth Hospital following a serious crash near Mundijong.
It is believed a car and a truck collided on Kargotich Road near Malek Drive in Mardella around 11.20am on Tuesday.
Firefighters had to cut the woman free after she became trapped in her vehicle.
