UPDATE: Inquires by WA Police have identified the family are no longer in WA but have travelled interstate.

Police are urgently seeking information from the public to help locate 26-year-old Coree Stewart, his 28 year-old partner Patricia Taylor and their 16-week-old baby Isaac.

The young family was last seen two weeks ago in the Balcatta area.

Coree is described as 179cm tall with a slim to medium build with short brown hair and hazel eyes.

Patricia is approximately 165cm tall with a slim to medium build and long brown hair.

Police have concerns for the family's welfare and urge anyone who has information on their whereabouts or have seen them, to call police immediately on 131 444.
