Police hold serious welfare concerns for 54-year-old Ian Tolli.
Ian was last seen to be kayaking near Point Peron around 1:30pm yesterday and has not returned.
He is described as 188cm tall, slim build with short brown hair and brown eyes.

It is believe he was wearing a Hawaiian shirt at the time but the colour is unknown.
The kayak has been located about 300m from the coast, in the vicinity of Kwinana Beach.
Police believe he is not an experienced kayaker but he is likely to have a life jacket with him.
Authorities will continue the search for Ian this morning which will include Marine Rescue Rockingham, Water Police, Marine Rescue Mandurah, Surf Life Saving WA and the Rockingham Police.
