A shark has been spotted jumping out of the water off a Falcon beach.
A member of the public sighted the 2.5m shark around 6.40am on Tuesday.
It was located 100m off Avalon Beach.
Surfers and swimmers are advised to be extra cautious when entering the water.
If you see a shark, report it to Water Police on 9442 8600.
