On Friday 7 and Monday 10 December between 4.00pm and 8.00pm, some services will be disrupted due to a work stoppage being undertaken by a number of bus drivers who work for Transperth contractor Transdev.
Due to the nature of the action being undertaken, Transperth cannot confirm which trips will run and which may be cancelled.
However, it is important to note the protected industrial action only relates to a limited number of bus drivers operating out of the Rockingham, Mandurah, Fremantle and Joondalup areas as well as the Perth CAT.
Services operated by Path Transit and Swan Transit remain unaffected as are school services and those suburban bus services that deviate to schools.
The following routes may be affected:
Northern Suburbs:
Routes 352, 354, 365, 370, 372, 384, 385, 386, 389, 390, 391, 450, 460, 461, 462, 463, 464, 465, 466, 467, 468, 469, 470, 471, 473, 474, 480, 481, 482, 483, 484, 490, 491 and 970

Perth CAT:
Blue and Green CATs are not expected to run during this time. Yellow and Red CATs will operate, with minimal disruption.
In addition to the above action, from Monday 10 until Sunday 16 December, the collection of cash fares will be also disrupted on some of the above routes.
As this action will only occur on some buses operated by Transdev, passengers are expected to pay a fare where possible when travelling. The majority of bus services, as well as train services, are unaffected so passengers should purchase a cash ticket or tag on as normal on these services.
Primary/secondary students are reminded that access to the 70 cent Student Fare is only available by tagging on to the SmartRider system. If paying cash, students must purchase the appropriate zonal concession ticket, as well as provide their SmartRider card as proof of concession.
