A further two people have been charged with murder as part of an ongoing investigation into the death of 17-year-old Chikayne-Nadante Heslip in Waikiki.
It is alleged the victim was assaulted by a group of males near the corner of Porpoise Grove and Andes Close before being further assaulted by the same group outside a residence on Resolution Drive on the night of Saturday, December 12.
He received serious injuries and was taken to Rockingham General Hospital where he died.
An 18-year-old from Parmelia and a 19-year-old from Port Kennedy have now been charged with murder.
They have been refused bail and are due to appear in the Rockingham Magistrates Court today.
Three people were previously charged with murder as part of the investigation and are now progressing through the court process.
