Social housing apartments are set to be built in Falcon.
The State Government has granted Housing Choices Western Australia $3.4 million to develop the two-storey apartments, featuring eight two-bedroom, one-bathroom units.
Housing Choices WA will manage and deliver the apartments, providing affordable housing choices in an area of high demand.
"I live in Falcon and this is fantastic news for our community," Dawesville MLA Lisa Munday said.
"The $3.4 million funding commitment will go a long way toward delivering much-needed housing in the Mandurah area.
"I welcome this strong investment from the State Government, which is committed to addressing housing needs in our region."
The apartments are being built by Dale Alcock Homes and are expected to reach completion in early 2026.
