Police are urgently looking for a 37-year-old man and three young children who were last seen in Warnbro.
Andrew Stephens is believed to be travelling with an eight-year-old boy, a four-year-old boy and a two-year-old girl in a red 2004 Holden Commodore.
They were last seen in the Warnbro area around 3.30pm on Thursday, August 15, while the Commodore (registration G16341) was again spotted driving on Roe Highway in Hazelmere around 10.15pm that night.
Mr Stephens is described as being approximately 175cm tall, of slim build with black hair and brown eyes.
Serious concerns are held for their welfare and police urge anyone who sees Mr Stephens or the Commodore to get in contact with them immediately on 131 444.
