Pinjarra Police have urgent welfare concerns for a missing 21-year-old woman.
Jordan was last seen on Clifton Crescent in Pinjarra around 6.30pm on Friday, September 30.
She is described as 167cm, with a slim build, red hair, brown eyes, tanned complexion with tattoos on her arms.
Jordan was last seen wearing a hooded jumper and pyjama pants.
She may be in possession of her white Toyota Landcruiser registration WVY293 that has a stickers on the windscreen.
Anyone who sees Jordan is asked to call Police immediately on 131 444.
