Sydney Swans rookie Elijah Taylor has been charged after allegedly assaulting an 18-year-old woman known to him.
Cannington Detectives allege the incident took place between 6am and 8am on Sunday at a hotel in Perth's CBD.
Taylor has been charged with aggravated assault occasioning bodily harm and is set to face Perth Magistrates Court on September 30.
