Bree Kelly was last seen leaving the Peel Health Campus around 3pm on Monday afternoon.
She is described as being 176cm tall, of medium build, with brown hair and green eyes.
Bree was last seen wearing a black jumper and black leggings.
Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is urged to contact police immediately on 131 444.
