The Westpac Life Saver Helicopter has spotted an unknown species of shark off the Rockingham coastline.
The report was made around 10:50 this morning near the Peron BEN Sign.
It was spotted 200m off shore traveling west.
Shark sightings should be reported to the Water Police on 08 9442 8600.
