An 18-year-old man is fighting for life in hospital after falling from a moving car in Baldivis.
At around 9.50pm on Saturday, a silver Toyota Aurion sedan was being driven on Delta Road.
The vehicle stopped to speak to a person they knew – the 18-year-old man from Coodanup.
It is believed three members of the group, including the 18-year-old man, then climbed on to the outside of the vehicle.
As the driver, a 17-year-old holding a Learner's Permit took off, the 18-year-old man fell from the vehicle and hit his head on the road.
He was taken to Rockingham General Hospital before being transferred to Royal Perth Hospital due to the seriousness of his injuries.
Major crash officers are investigating the incident and would like to speak to any witnesses.
