The nominees for the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards have been announced with Lady Gaga receiving the most nominations with 12, including Video of the Year, Artist of the Year, and Best Album with Mayhem.
Bruno Mars came in second with 11 nominations, and Kendrick Lamar got 10. While Sabrina Carpenter and Rosé scored 8 apiece.
Our own Lorde has been nominated for 2 - Best Pop Artist and Best Art Direction for her single Man of the Year.
And for the first time ever, the MTV VMAs are shining a spotlight on country music with a brand-new category … and Morgan Wallen, Chris Stapleton, Lainey Wilson, Jelly Roll and more are in the mix.
The MTV VMAs will take place in New York on Sunday, September 7th.
Hulk Hogan has been laid to rest in a private ceremony in Clearwater, Florida.
The family and friends of the late WWE superstar came together to celebrate his life on Tuesday, Aug. 5, after his death on July 24 at age 71.
Of course, Hulk Hogan was best known as the larger-than-life wrestling icon who defined the golden era of WWE.

Metallica's 1991 album, often called 'The Black Album', has spent 800 weeks on the Billboard 200, making it only the fourth album to reach that milestone.
That's over 15 years on the chart!
The other three albums to stay on the chart for that amount of time are Pink Floyd's 'Dark Side of The Moon', the 1984 Bob Marley compilation 'Legend' and Journey's 1988 'Greatest Hits' album.

Brendan Fraser stars in the eclectic movie Rental Family… which centres on a lonely American actor in Tokyo and finds connection and purpose working for a “rental family” company, playing stand-in roles in others’ lives.
Rental Family is in cinemas in January.
